Following the aquisition of designer brand Andrew MacKenzie (andrewmackenzie.com) by the Italian group Einstein Progetti & Prodotti Spa in September, the company has set about positioning the label in the high-end-market, intending to enrich the denim styles with innovative washes and revamp packaging.

Andrew MacKenzie will design the apparel, accessories and underwear collections from the group’s Bolognese office and, after a break of two years, will show again in January at Milan’s Men’s Fashion Week. The brand will be distributed to high level multi label shops all around the word. The Gallic designer is also still in charge of the line Against My Killer, of which Einstein together with Sinv Spa are license-holders.

The Einstein group counts Bray Steve Alan, 525, Bsa, Sexy Woman and Absolute Joy in its portfolio. Its turnover for 2007 will be around 65 million Euro. France, Spain, China, Japan and Russia are the main export markets. By the end of November, a Bray Suite Anthology shop will be opened in the Vermena Goda mall in Moscow.
