Isko, global denim manufacturer, has recently inaugurated its new showroom in the Oud-West neighborhood, in the heart of Amsterdam. Last week, they opened the doors of their new showroom in Eerste Constantijn Huygensstraat 46, near Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Pepe Jeans offices and many young creative hubs.

They also unveiled the latest innovations and technologies for their s/s 2018 collection. Through the cutting edge technology of augmented reality, guests were able to interact with the collection, with new fabrics coming to life in 3D models that flickered on screen.

In the evening, Isko celebrated the new showroom with a party for guests and several key market VIPs. Isko hosted the event together with Denim Curator Wouter Munnichs, a specialist in denim retail over the last 20 years. Other talented denim professionals participating included Daphne Bleeker, formerly chief designer for Good Genes, who now brought her art live to fabric. Also part of the venue were Dailybags, a denim brand that specializes in patchwork handcrafted goods, and Sashikodenim, experts in repairing old, worn-out jeans with the traditional Japanese Sashiko stitching technique.
