Hamburg-based retailer Broadway is going to implement a new retail system called SIS that will be installed in some shops and retail partners this month. So far, the company has constructed a concept store with a shop-in-shop space following the SIS system in its headquarters in Hamburg, where ideas for product presentation at the POS can be developed and tested. In addition, visual merchandising guidelines will be created and brainstorming for special product placements and marketing materials will be taking place in order to support all retail partners.

Mikael Hansen, CEO of Broadway: “The visual presentation of the brand, its concepts and products are the key elements to inspire the consumer and encourage them to shop. We want to rekindle and emotionalize the label."

In addition, one further measure has been adopted: a drop-system delivery that ensures a manifold variety of accessories to all retail partners. Finally, the introduction of a Repeat-On-Stock program (ROS) as of next spring/summer 2015 will allow retailers to order individual items online within the collections.
