Larusmiani, the historical Milanese luxury apparel brand and fabric manufacturer, has appointed long-time fashion market expert Manlio Massa as general manager and added him to the board of directors.

 

The Milanese manager has just left the Italian brand Antony Morato after his position general manager for five years, and previously occupied top positions for Replay, Brooks Brothers, and the Moncler group.

 

He will report to the group’s board of directors and to Guglielmo Miani, CEO and president, Larusmiani.

 

«Manlio Massa will help us taking that important step in renewing our strategies and structure in order to guarantee a healthy company growth,” commented Miani. “His experience as manager, his vision, and international mindedness are fundamental assets for our future targets. In addition, his presence within the company will let me take care more of the creative direction, especially now after we have acquired the luxury cutlery brand G. Lorenzi.”

 

Born in 1922, Larusmiani is a Made-in-Italy luxury menswear brand by the tailor Guglielmo Miani (grandfather of its current president and CEO), that has established itself by producing and designing luxury apparel and fabrics.
