Baumgärtner has over 30 years of experience in the premium fashion segment. Along with spending 11 years at HUGO BOSS, he worked at Marc O’Polo for the last 16 years, for 13 of which he was the executive responsible for the areas of design, production, marketing and company licenses.

“With a view to the five-year strategy presented in October of this year and the associated goal of assuming pole position in the international sports fashion market, this reappointment sets an important strategic course,” enthuses Bogner CEO Alexander Wirth. Within a very short space of time, Bogner CEO Wirth has built an executive team that guarantees the successful implementation of the growth strategy. Along with CEO Alexander Wirth, the team is currently made up of Jon Jarlgaard as COO, Christian Ender as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and Juliane Vögl as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
