Los Angeles-based menswear brand 3rd & Army has launched its resort 2014 collection and campaign. The latter in particular pays homage to the era of The Rat Pack, Mad Men and John and Jackie Kennedy.

The retro-looking promotion was shot by Italian photographer Rocco Ceselin, who is also the personal photographer of Napa Valley wine mogul Robert Mondavi.
The setting is poolside at Stahl House, an iconic mid-century modern home in the Hollywood Hills built in 1959. The home was designed by architect Pierre Koening for Buck and Carlotta Stahl, a blue-collar couple who initially envisioned the now famous glass structure.
The campaign, which runs in print and online, is the first in which 3rd & Army has also shown female models according to the brand’s marketing director Jeff Marshall. “Our goal was to capture that classy Los Angeles Hollywood jet-setter lifestyle,” he says about the overall theme of the shoot.

The complete look book can be viewed on the brand’s website by clicking the “Look Book” menu at the far top left.
