Copenhagen International Fashion Fair is gearing up to launch a 2,500-sq.-meter area dedicated exclusively to shoes at its next edition. The 32nd instalment of the show, scheduled to run Feb. 5-8 at Bella Center, already offers a wide range of fashion and accessories. “The trend now is that many clothing stores also carry shoes and boots. Therefore, it is important that we make it easier for visitors to locate the permanent shoe exhibition, which is an entirely unique part of CIFF,” explains Exhibition Manager Peter Sabroe. The fair-within-a-fair named CIFFSHOES will play host to 250 Scandinavian and international footwear brands on two floors. Men’s footwear brands include Lloyd, Clarks, Camel, Playboy, Adidas, Nome, Tommy Hilfiger, Vans and Dockers, while women’s brands include Bronx, Fly London, Gabor, LBDK, Gardenia, Hunter, Paladium, Peter Kaiser, Unisa and Shoebiz. Additionally, brands such as Angulus, Bundgaard, Geox, Kawasaki, Primigi, Viking, Kangaroos and Superfit will showcase footwear for kids.
