GUESS CONTINUES EXPANSION STRATEGYGlobal lifestyle brand Guess returned to Berlin last week to present its jeans fall/winter 2012 collection at Bread and Butter and Guess by Marciano fall/winter 2012 collection at the Premium.
The brand has just registered a double digit growth in revenues over the past year in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and recently opened a new showroom in Hamburg to complement the already existing showrooms in Duesseldorf (Guess Deutschland Headquarters) and Munich which support its Guess wholesale distribution. Focus for the coming season will be on the opening of denim shop-in-shop concepts with key partners and department stores, as well as the entry of Guess by Marciano into the most relevant, high-end department store areas.

Guess is expanding significantly across the globe. At the closing of the third quarter of FY12 which closed on 31st October 2011 the company reached a total of 1,517 mono-brand stores in 90 countries. In Europe and the Middle East Guess operates 547 mono brand stores, including Guess Jeans, Guess By Marciano, Kids, Accessories and Footwear and enjoys a healthy wholesale distribution in top department stores and key, multi-brand accounts.
