After being in business for quarter of a century, German mail order company Frontline has released the publication “25 Years of Streetfashion and More by frontlineshop”. The 160-page book illustrates the company’s history and a selection of pop-cultural phenomena which have accompanied its development.

The anniversary volume has been conceptualized in collaboration of the Frontline GmbH and the Hamburg-based agency so wow. Art direction was carried out by Stefan Heyer who has been employed at Frontline from the very first day and who has added a personal character to the book by numbering each of the 1,111 limited copies by hand.

“25 Years of Streetfashion and More by frontlineshop” is published as a 24 x 31cm hardcover by German Gudberg Verlag and is sold via and will also be available for order in the general booktrade by this week.

Being founded as a dispatcher for underground music records in a Hannover garage in 1986, Frontline emerged to become one of Germany’s biggest online shops for sportswear and fashion. Its headquarters are today located next to the river Elbe in Hamburg.
