“Putting together the World Retail Congress programme requires constant collaboration with retailers from all geographies to ensure that we are on top of the issues. We work with our Advisory Board each year and we try and ensure that we meet once a year to review and discuss the issues and the working programme”, Ian McGarrigle, Congress Director quotes. “The future of the physical store is likely to be one of the most interesting topics at this year’s World Retail Congress. It is fundamental to so many retailers as the percentage of sales going online grows ever higher.”
