People of Shibuya is a minimalistic design outer apparel brand founded in 2011, though it only launched officially in f/w 2015/2016.

The brand debuted at Pitti Uomo and Premium in January 2015. It belongs to Golden Season, Italian-based company, also owning the sportswear At.P.Co and Cochrane brands, and only offers outer jackets characterized by minimalistic Italian design, high-performance materials and inner detachable functional linings.

The collection offers two jacket models in six color variations, both completed by an inner detachable feather jacket that can also be worn separately. This way each item bought can be worn in three different ways – each shell individually or the two layers together.

All jackets are made with a ripstop breathable technical 3-layer fabric of polyester 380 doubled inside with an antidrop net and coated on its outer face with a milked resin, which makes it anti-drop, waterproof, windproof and stain-proof.

The garment has thermo-regulating capacities – it keeps warm when it’s cold outside and cool when temperatures climb – plus it is completed by reflex clean design details, YKK waterproof zippers and taped seams. Wholesale prices are €129 to be retailed at €349 to €399.

The brand is now being distributed all over Europe, but future plans include an expansion to the US, Canada and Japan.
