Monreal London proofs how fashionable the marriage between design and sports can be. Founded by the German-born designer Stefani Grosse in London, Monreal is meant for sporty women, who want to add performance and luxury to their sports outfits. Grosse herself worked several years as a fashion designer for brands like Donna Karan and Calvin Klein in New York and she designed the Oscars and Golden Globes dresses worn by Hilary Swank, Julia Roberts and Gwyneth Paltrow. So a great look was always her interest. But her love for Tennis finally draw her to the fields of sports, where good design still is a challenge. She was never fond of the clothes that she played in.

Convinced that she could create something that is as functional as it is flattering and sexy, she founded Monreal in 2013 as a high-end luxury sportswear brand. For her Fitness and Tennis clothes, she uses highly functional high-technical performance fabrics from Italy, with plenty of stretch for a nice silhouette.
Her collection is sold in the UK at e.g. Selfridges and Harrods, at Saks Fifth Avenue in New York and in Germany at Unger, Hamburg. It’s also available at several Webshops like Net-a-porter.com or Carcon38.com. Her tights are about 280 Euro retail price.
